Demanding drivers of a BMW with a boxer engine will appreciate the new SACHS sintered metal clutch! Even under extreme loads, it impresses with its excellent heat dissipation and temperature resistance. Their friction surfaces are made from a specially balanced mixture of metal powders using a sintering process. They have an extremely easy-grip, particularly wear-resistant surface and are precisely shaped with the tightest tolerances. Rivets are not used. The friction surfaces are firmly connected to the disc using the sintering process. This results in a perfect geometry and the optimal strength of the pads.

The material of the friction surfaces has already proven itself many times in international racing. It has a roughly 40% higher coefficient of friction than organic products and performs perfectly. The new SACHS sintered metal clutch enables the transmission of higher torque and impresses with its long service life.
