Athena Offroad Piston Kits

Athena has developed a new line of "offroad" piston kits for use in most 4-stroke offroad motorcycles.

Manufactured from special high performance materials produced by reverse extrusion forging.

Molybdenum disulphide special sintered coating by screen printing to improve flow/friction, performance and durability and to reduce friction and noise.

Latest generation stainless steel segments with PVD coating in CrN (chrome plating) and wear-resistant reinforcements, whose shape is optimized to improve adaptability under low tangential load.

The pistons, developed in Italy, undergo rigorous quality tests both on the dynamic bench and on the race track to ensure maximum performance and reliability.
