When mixed with water, E-COLL drilling oil concentrate becomes a milky white, absolutely stable and homogeneous emulsion and is characterized by good skin compatibility and excellent cutting performance.
It is insensitive to hardness ranges in the water (lime, etc.) and largely resistant to microbial infestation.
Field of application:
- For machining and cutting such as turning, milling, sawing, grinding, drilling and thread cutting- For aluminum, non-ferrous metals and their alloys, steel, cast iron and stainless steel
