*The repair body for the puncture channel is compressed by a stable sheet metal sleeve.

*The sheet metal sleeve optimally supports and stabilizes the rubber body to be inserted.

*Through the protection of the sheet metal sleeve, the rubber body is protected from protruding steel fibers in the stitch channel during insertion and retains its original shape.

Scope of application:

• ULTRA-MAXI- SEAL can be used for radial and cross-ply tires.
• Please use repair bodies exclusively in the tread area.
• Super-Solution is recommended as vulcanization accelerator.
• Please also note the repair tables on our packaging!

Processing/short description:

• After dismounting the tire, mark the damaged area and remove the foreign body.
• Mill the puncture channel with a steel cord cutter suitable for the diameter of the repair body.
• Treat the vulcanization surface in the tire properly according to the instructions and coat with Super-Solution.
• Apply Super-Solution to the prepared puncture channel (use transfer awl 067330).
• Apply Super-Solution to the sheet metal sleeve and insert it from the inside to the outside of the puncture channel.
• On the outside of the tire, touch the sleeve with pliers only where it already contains the rubber shaft.
• Pull the patch evenly, without tension to the point of repair, roll/press on and seal with inner liner to perfectly seal the edges and any over-roughened area.
• The REPAIR BODIES COMPLY IN FULL WITH §36 STVZO or BUNDESVERKEHRSBLATT B3620 SOWIE C13 / C14
