VULCANISING FLUID 500ML COLD for Repairs

Vulcanizing Fluid /SUPER-SOLUTION

• Transparent, fast-setting vulcanizing liquid without solvents containing carbohydrates and aromatics.
• For self-vulcanization from 18°C.
• This solution is specially adapted to the coating of our repair materials, thus guaranteeing optimum vulcanization.

Application:

• Thoroughly clean the repair area with Rubbertex 017073 using scraper 017004.
• Then roughen the area with a suitable roughening tool and again thoroughly rinse out the roughened chips with Rubbertex.
• After flash-off, apply SUPER-SOLUTION and allow to flash-off.
• Place the repair body centrally on the surface and, depending on the size, use a rolling tool to join the vulcanized surfaces without air bubbles.

• Suitable for all automotive repair materials in our delivery range.

• Maxi-Seals
• Ultra-Maxiseals etc.

Use when installing ceiling patches is not recommended!
