TEXA adapter cable for motorcycle control unit diagnostics

Adapter cable 3151/AP51 for the diagnosis and reprogramming of SWM Euro 4 vehicles. The cable consists of 2 connectors: One 6-pin (line) and one 2-pin (supply). To carry out diagnostics/reprogramming correctly, both connectors must be connected to the corresponding sockets/sockets on the vehicle. These sockets are not always positioned next to each other. In most cases, the socket equipped with a sealing plug is located near the battery or between the headlights and the cockpit.

NOTE 1: Some model series are not equipped with the 2-pin socket for the power supply. In this case, it is necessary to connect cable 3151/AP55 (JM no. 6680352) to the 2-pin connector of cable 3151/AP51 to supply power to the diagnostic unit and to carry out diagnostics and reprogramming. Connect the terminals of cable 3151/AP55 to the vehicle battery. It is recommended to refer to the connection instructions contained in the software for assistance.

NOTE 2: The cable is not suitable for ABS diagnostics. For this you need cable 3151/AP07 (JM no. 6680166) and test probe 7.
