Tuning carburettor kit 19mm suitable for Simson S50, S51, S53, S70, S83, SR50, SR80. The kit contains a modern 19mm Naraku tuning carburettor with clamp flange, a 10-piece carburettor needle set, 10 different main jets, 10 carburettor idle jets and a fitting intake rubber. The set is rounded off with the Schmitt carburettor flange, which makes it possible to mount the clamp flange Naraku tuning carburettor on a Simson moped or a scooter. With this kit the carburettor can be perfectly tuned to your engine and should leave nothing to be desired.
Starting with a 50cc Simson we recommend 75-85 main jet, 40-45 idle jet and W10-W12 carb needle.
Why have we put together this plug-and-play kit? During the work in our workshop we noticed that most Simson carburettors are difficult to tune or have to be rebuilt at great expense. The technology of Simson carburettors is more than 40 years old. But there are many good, modern carburettors. So, here it is: a tuning carburettor kit which guarantees that everyone can get the Simson carburettor tuned without frustration. The original throttle cable can still be used. Our recommended choke IP23150 in MX style can be used directly on the carburettor or the original bowden cable after a little adaption work.
