The 70cc Malossi Racing cylinder with CVF is a high-torque cylinder kit made of gray cast iron with a robust piston and 2 piston rings. With its sharp timing, 6 transfer ports and CVF system, the cylinder is at home on the race track. It is supplied with all the necessary small parts, gasket set, installation instructions etc. and is very well made. Supplied with aluminum cylinder head. A very high-quality cylinder kit!
The use of a larger carburetor is definitely recommended in order to increase internal cooling and thus durability.
CVF stands for additional channels in the cylinder bore (below the transfer ports). Holes in the piston (above the piston pin) provide the cylinder with additional mixture and improve filling.
Attention: Engine housing must be drilled out!
