Normal version of the BGM Superstrong clutch spider. Can be used on all conventional auxiliary shafts. If the Superstrong is to be used on a DRT auxiliary shaft, we recommend using our special version for DRT auxiliary shafts. This means that the clutch sits lower by the amount that the DRT auxiliary shaft is longer (1.5mm). This means that the clutch cover does not have to be shimmed with a compensating spacer.
The DRT version can always be recognized by a stepped collar on the back of the spider in the area around the cone of the auxiliary shaft mount. The normal version has a normal bevel here without a step.
Installation instructions:
The clutch spider and base plate can only be fitted in one position. To do this, align the spider with the base plate so that the lower and upper spring pockets of both components are in line with each other. This prevents the clutch springs from becoming misaligned, which ensures that the clutch functions properly.
