Ultra-Maxi-Seal repair probes with compression sleeve.

• The perfect solution for ultra-fast and absolutely safe tire repair in case of punctures in the tire tread.
• By using Super-Solution as a vulcanization accelerator, the chemical coating of the probes is activated and self-vulcanization occurs.
• Using the components specified by us, the damage will be repaired safely and professionally and the tire will then be ready for unrestricted use again, according to the tire specifications.

*The repair body for the puncture channel is compressed by a stable sheet metal sleeve.

*The sheet metal sleeve optimally supports and stabilizes the rubber body to be inserted.

*The protection of the sheet metal sleeve protects the rubber body against protruding steel fibers

from protruding steel fibers in the stitch channel during insertion and retains its original shape.

Scope of application:

• ULTRA-MAXI- SEAL can be used for radial and cross-ply tires.
• Please use repair bodies only in the tread area.
• Super-Solution is recommended as vulcanization accelerator.
• Please also note the repair tables on our packaging!

Processing/short description:

• After dismounting the tire, mark the damaged area and remove the foreign body.
• Mill the puncture channel with a steel cord cutter suitable for the diameter of the repair body.
• Treat the vulcanization surface in the tire properly according to the instructions and coat with Super-Solution.
• Apply Super-Solution to the prepared puncture channel (use transfer awl 067330).
• Coat the sheet metal sleeve with Super-Solution and insert it into the puncture channel from the inside to the outside.
• On the outside of the tire, touch the sleeve with pliers only where it already contains the rubber shaft.
• Pull the patch evenly, without tension, to the point of repair, roll/press on and seal with inner liner
• to perfectly seal the edges and any over-roughened area.
