Product Description: This solvent-containing, 1-component adhesion promoter is designed to improve bonding on diverse surfaces.

Field of Use: Ideal as a primer for zinc, steel, stainless steel, aluminum, chrome substrates, powder coatings, and cathodic dip paint. Suitable for plastics (ABS, GFK, etc.) after a preliminary test.

Hue: Transparent, clear

Technical Specifications:

• Density: ~ 0.9 g/ml
• Theoretical Consumption: ~ 100 ml/m² (at 3 - 5 µm TSD)
• Storage: Between 10 - 30 °C in original sealed containers. Shelf life is a minimum of 24 months when stored in cool, dry conditions away from moisture and direct sunlight.

Processing:

• The substrate must be clean, dry, and free of dust, rust, oil, and grease.
• Do not process below +5 °C object temperature; optimal temperature is between +15 and +25 °C.
• The surface temperature must be at least 3 °C above the dew point of the surrounding air.

Drying / Overcoating:

Drying time is approximately 10 - 15 minutes.
