ColorMatic 1K Filler Primer in white is a versatile solution for various surfaces, serving effectively as both a primer and filler based on the required film thickness.

This product is suitable for application on:

• Sheet steel
• Galvanized sheet steel
• Aluminum
• Old paint
• Polyester filler
• Wood
• All common automotive plastics including EPDM, PA, PU, ABS, PVC, EP, PP, UP, PC, SAN

It boasts excellent adhesion, corrosion protection, and filling power, making it perfect for diverse projects. The primer can be overcoated with:

• Water-based paints
• Solvent-based paints
• 1K and 2K topcoats

Fast drying and weldable, this product is ideal for spot repairs.

Application Instructions:

1. Shake the can for at least 2 minutes.
2. As a primer: Apply 1 coat = 15µ (Drying time at 20°C = 12-15 minutes).
3. As a filler: Apply 2-3 coats = 30-60µ (Drying time at 20°C = 30-40 minutes).
4. Allow a flash-off time of 2-3 minutes.
5. For IR drying, allow 8-10 minutes.
