Shipping - Returns

All prices include the legal VAT plus shipping costs. We deliver with DHL or another provider of our choice to the following countries:

From a goods value of 300 EUR, we deliver free of charge within Austria. *

For shipping countries not listed here - please contact us directly.

In the case of deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which you must bear. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). Delivery time

For all payment methods, orders for items that are in stock are processed and dispatched without undue delay.​
The provider strives to ensure the fastest possible shipping.​
In the case of advance payment, your order will be processed immediately after the payment has been received. 

Information on delivery time:
a. If you place an order with us for several items for which different delivery times apply, the goods will be shipped together in a single consignment, unless otherwise agreed with you. In this case, the delivery time for the entire consignment shall be the same as the longest delivery time applicable to any item in your order.

b. Information for calculating the delivery date
The period for delivery shall commence, in the case of payment in advance by bank transfer, on the calendar day following the day on which the payment order is issued to the remitting credit institution, and, in the case of all other methods of payment, on the calendar day following the conclusion of the contract, and shall expire upon the lapse of the last day of such period. If the last day of such period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday officially recognized at the place of delivery, such day shall be replaced by the next following business day.

Shipment Monitoring
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing the parcel number and instructions for shipment tracking. Using this number, you can track the progress of your delivery at any time and therefore always know the current location of your ordered items.

Deliveries to non-EU countries
If delivery is made to non-EU countries, additional duties, taxes, or fees may be payable by the customer, not to the provider, but to the customs or tax authorities responsible at the destination. The customer is advised to contact the relevant customs or tax authorities for details before placing an order.

In the case of a delivery via Neustrelitz, Ottendorf-Okrilla, Rüdersdorf (postal code areas: 01000–03999, 09520–09549, 09575, 09580–09639, 10000–19999) longer transit times may occur. 
The delivery times are normal and are exclusive customs clearance. Remote Areas may have longer durations: delivery time up to 3 weeks.

*If you have a right of cancellation in relation to your order and you exercise this right after submitting your contractual declaration with respect to part of your order, with the consequence that the threshold amount specified by us for shipping costs is no longer reached for the remaining part of the order, we reserve the right to charge you the proportionate shipping costs for the remaining part of the order. This shall apply only if, prior to submitting your contractual declaration, we had informed you of the amount of the shipping costs for the remaining part of the order, or if you could readily calculate the corresponding shipping costs on the basis of the information provided by us before submitting your contractual declaration.
