EBC Vee-Rotor brake disc for scooters.

The steel used for the new EBC VR brake discs is a special stainless steel compound with a higher friction effect than that of conventional heat-treated stainless steel brake discs.

They are completely heat-treated from stainless steel and give the driver an optimum hardness. In addition to the weight reduction, the cooling of the brake disc is essential.

For optimum cleaning of the brake disc, the braking surface is drilled with a design, which at the same time enables a weight reduction.

The fewer holes available, the better the wet braking behavior and the lower the wear on the brake disc.

The driver benefits from improved brake sensitivity and response,

as well as the lifetime of the brake disc by the improved quality. The material is thus wear-resistant and not subject to cracking.
