The steel used for the new EBC VR brake discs is a special stainless steel compound with a higher friction effect than that of conventional heat-treated stainless steel brake discs.

They are completely heat-treated from stainless steel and give the driver an optimum hardness. In addition to the weight reduction, the cooling of the brake disk is essential.

For optimum cleaning of the brake disc, the braking surface is drilled with a design, which at the same time allows a weight reduction.
