MOTUL DOT 4 LV is a polyglycol based synthetic brake fluid for brake systems, hydraulic clutches, ESP, ABS and ASR units with manufacturer recommendation DOT 4 ISO Class 6, with high boiling points and improved low temperature flow characteristics.

Miscible with all DOT 3, DOT 4 and DOT 5.1 products. Particularly durable brake fluid due to its high wet boiling point. High temperature resistance and stability due to high dry boiling point, ensures high safety. Low viscosity at low temperatures improves the response of ESP, ABS and ASR units. Allows the brake system to work efficiently under extreme conditions. Corrosion resistant; behaves neutrally towards seals in the brake system.

RECOMMENDATIONS AND NOTES:- Replacement intervals: between 12 and 24 months (depending on the manufacturer's recommendation). - Carefully seal and store in original container to prevent absorption of moisture. - For safety reasons, brake fluids should not be refilled, but replaced!

WARNING: Not miscible with silicone-based brake fluids (DOT 5) and special mineral-based fluids (e.g. LHM). Fluid may attack paint and plastic surfaces of the vehicle. Thoroughly rinse wetted surfaces with water. In case of skin contact, also rinse thoroughly with water.
