Buy Gift Vouchers/Coupons

Gift vouchers or coupons can be purchased in the same way as all other products in the shop. Once the coupon has been purchased and paid for, it is activated by the shop system and the corresponding amount is credited to your coupon balance, which is visible in your shopping cart.

How to send Coupons

To send a coupon, click on the “Send Coupon” link in your shopping cart. You must provide the recipient’s full name, a valid email address, the desired coupon amount (you may also use only part of your balance), and an optional message to the recipient. Please verify all information before clicking the “Send Coupon” button, as all details can be changed up until that point.

How to use Coupons to buy products.

Once a coupon balance is available, it can be used to pay for orders during the checkout process by redeeming the coupon. If the balance is lower than the value of the goods, the remaining amount must be paid using another payment method; if the balance is higher, the unused amount remains available for future orders.

How to redeem Coupons.

If you have received a coupon by email, you can either follow the link contained in the email (and create a customer account if you do not already have one) or enter the coupon code in your shopping cart after adding at least one product. Coupons are not valid for already discounted items.

Include your user ID, the coupon code, any error messages displayed by the shop system, and the name and version of the browser you are using.
