Danger:

If the black cable (monitor input) is not connected or should not be present in the wiring harness, the controller will operate in "open loop" mode (not normal condition).

However, this condition can be resolved by properly connecting the black cable:

- Connection to the black wire of the ignition switch (battery voltage when the vehicle is switched on)

- Bridging connection between the black cable and one of the red cables of the regulator
