Cylinder kit cast iron JMP standard cylinder kit for: Kymco People, Vitality, Agility

Top quality air cooled JMT cast iron cylinder without performance upgrade. The cylinder has the same technical data as the original cylinder, included are:

- Cylinder

- Piston incl. piston rings and piston clips

- Gaskets

Cylinder head is not included, the old cylinder head can still be used.

ATTENTION: The piston rings are trapezoidal piston rings. They only fit in the ring grooves in one direction.

There is an impact marking on the piston rings, this must point upwards for correct installation. Otherwise, the piston cannot be pushed into the cylinder.

The piston rings have different thicknesses: top 1.5mm, bottom 1.5mm.

Piston pin: 12mm.
