During the development of the LV-ONE systems, materials of the well-known EVO II series as well as the Factory series were used.

The plants are made entirely of stainless steel and have a flattened, oval shape. Sandblasting creates a Titan look.

The rear outlet flap is made of an extremely durable technopolymer that is lightweight, impact resistant and heat resistant. The retaining clip is made entirely of carbon and the connections are like the exhaust itself made of stainless steel. The shape of the manifold and silencer are specific to each model, improving torque and performance.
