In the development of the LV-ONE systems, materials from the well-known EVO II series as well as the Factory series have been used.

The systems are made entirely of stainless steel and have a flattened, oval shape. A titanium look is created by sandblasting.

The rear exhaust flap is made of an extremely resistant technopolymer, which is light, impact resistant and heat resistant. The retaining clamp is made entirely of carbon and the connectors are made of stainless steel, just like the exhaust itself. The shape of the manifold and the silencer are specific to each model, improving torque and maximum power.
