Materials from the well-known EVO II series and the Factory series were used in the development of the LV-ONE systems.

The systems are made entirely of stainless steel and have a flattened, oval shape. A titanium look is created by sandblasting.

The rear outlet flap is made of an extremely resistant technopolymer, which is light, impact-resistant and heat-resistant. The clamp is made entirely of carbon and the connections are made of stainless steel like the exhaust itself. The shape of the manifold and the muffler are tailored to each model and thus improve the torque and maximum performance.
