This manifold is a racing part without approval to the StVo .

Many scooters such as the Explorer Race GT 50 from ATU (Auto Teile Unger), as well as some Keeway, Generic and Sachs models are delivered with a strongly throttled exhaust manifold.

After installing the tuning manifold (test scooter Race GT 50) in its original condition, the scooter with vario throttle reached a speed of 63 km / h; after removing the throttle in the variator, the top speed rose to 72 km / h.

The connection for the secondary air system is completely eliminated and this frees up power reserves.

The connecting hose from the secondary air system must be closed after installing the elbow.

We recommend using a screw as a plug or simply bending the hose and fixing it with a cable tie. The main carburetor nozzle does not need to be adjusted.

If you want it to be optimal, you can replace the vario rolls with something lighter; here we recommend a set of 5.8g variator rolls in the dimensions 15x12mm.
