During the development of the LV-ONE systems, materials from the well-known EVO II series and the Factory series were used.

The systems are made entirely of stainless steel and have a flattened, oval shape. A titanium look is created by sandblasting.

The rear exhaust flap is made of an extremely durable technopolymer, which is light, impact-resistant and heat-resistant. The clamp is made entirely of carbon and the connections, like the exhaust itself, are made of stainless steel. The shape of the manifold and the muffler are specifically tailored to each model and thus improve the torque and maximum performance.
