IMPORTANT NOTE: The ABEis only valid if a corresponding Wilbers shock absorber for lowering is installed.

Reducing friction by fine grinding, this is how the ZERO friction is created.
In vibratory grinding, the components to be machined, such as our fork springs, are located together with agrinding wheel specially adapted for this application in a vibrating container, the so-called trough vibrator. The vibrations of the container generate a relative movement betweenworkpiece and grinding wheel and lead to a smoothing of the component surface due to the constant rubbing against each other. At the end of the processing a fine, shiny surface is obtained. Especiallywith our fork springs, this reduction in surface roughness means a minimization of friction = ZERO friction.
