STANDARDS API SNJASO MA2

Protection- Synthetic motorcycle engine oil fortified with ester components to minimize friction losses in the engineand improve performance and throttle response.- Synergy of ester and anti-wear additives provides improved shear stability for better gear protectionand longer life.- Improved oil film stability at high temperatures for enhanced engine protection, especially at high engine speeds.- Optimized phosphorus and sulfur content for best catalyst compatibility.- MOTUL NGEN 7 maintains its performance throughout the oil change interval.

Performance- API SN standard ensures improved protection against deposits at high temperatures for pistons andstricter limitation in terms of sludge formation.

- JASO (Japanese Automobile Standards Organization) has developed its own standard for 4-stroke motorcycle engine oils - JASO T903. All motorcycle oils tested to this standard must meet specific lubrication characteristics important to motorcycle engines with integrated transmissions, including specific requirements for coefficient of friction, for optimum wet clutch compatibility and includes three categoriesMA, MA1 and MA2. JASO MA2 offers the best friction coefficients, in the following three operating modes: start-up,acceleration and constant speed.
