High tensile strength of the material guarantees a long service life. This hardened material, in combination with complete milling on the most modern CNC machines, guarantees the highest quality. Of course all ESJOT sprockets are anodised.

The innovative Diamond-Cut production process for sprocket teeth, with which a significantly higher quality standard is achieved compared to the conventional milled sprocket. Precision tools provide you with an optimized cutting pattern. At the same time, the material in the tooth flank area is highly hardened, so that an additional hardening process is often unnecessary.
