The ELDI ignition centering and adjustment ring in top quality, made in Germany, is placed on the fully assembled base plate with ignition coil and light coil instead of the flywheel. This allows the ignition coil and light coil to be perfectly aligned, adjusted, and secured. After installation, the air gap measurement between the armature and pole shoe must be carried out at several points and must be at least 0.25mm to 0.35mm according to the vehicle manufacturer's specifications. This ensures the optimal distance between the flywheel and coils, thereby ensuring optimal induction voltage and thus the maximum ignition spark and current flow.
