The ESJOT sprocket with 42 teeth is specially manufactured for the Hercules G 3 model. It is made of high-quality steel, crafted from materials Qste 420 or Qste 460, which ensure high strength and durability. The chain pitch is 5/8 x 5/16 (525 pitch), ensuring optimal compatibility with commercially available chains.
The precisely CNC-machined fit of the center hole, as well as countersunk and deburred mounting holes, guarantee easy installation and exact alignment. The special Diamond-Cut toothing ensures excellent running characteristics as well as a round and flat running tolerance of less than 0.2 mm, ensuring vibration-free and efficient power transmission.
