The ER2 variator is the precursor to the ER3 variator, both are oversize variators, the ER2 differs by using classic variator roller weights. The patented system with 1/3 turn special nut allows quick replacement of variator rollers without removing the variator. This saves a lot of time during adjustment. The roller weight system offers precise adjustment and a wide range of weights. Combined with an ER1 engine spring, a more linear and simple speed increase occurs.
