Doppler Europe Replica ER2 variator suitable for MBK 51 moped (without clutch).
The ER2 variator is the precursor to the ER3 variator, both are oversize variators, the ER2 differs in the use of classic variator roller weights. The patented system with 1/3 turn special nut allows quick replacement of variator rollers without removing the variator. This saves a lot of time during adjustment. The roller weight system offers precise adjustment and a wide range of weights. Combined with an ER1 engine spring, a more linear and simple speed increase occurs. The Europe Replica variator is hard chrome plated for longer life. There are 16x13mm vario weights installed and 2 sets of 2.3g and 4.0g are included.
