The Polini Maxi Hi-Speed is one of the most powerful variator systems in the maxi scooter sector. The focus here was on the design of the roller tracks, which make better use of the engine's existing power band than is the case with the original variator. This means that the transmission ratio of the variator changes at a more favorable torque speed range. This provides more acceleration and slightly more top speed.
