Performance enhancing variator with a 12-roller pulley redesigned at a 13° angle.
The piston pin is made of chrome nickel steel. This has a very low coefficient of friction and has a carbon-based DLC treatment specifically for racing applications.
An additional internal grease reservoir and a special spring ensure constant and uniform lubrication of the piston pin even under the highest loads. This innovative design eliminates the need for continuous touch-ups (e.g. of the rollers).
Due to the counter-pressure spring, which is 15% harder than the original spring, a higher engine speed is achieved during start-up.
