Ignition EVO swiing for Sachs 503 AB, AC, ADV 55198

swiing ingenious 12V EVO ignition with built-in 60W light coil and fan wheel as a complete set. Suitable for Sachs moped / moped with 503 AB, AC, ADV engine. This ignition is not suitable for fan-cooled Sachs 503 engines!

The ignition has more flywheel mass ex works than HPI systems (382g) and therefore ensures smoother engine idling. The finely balanced flywheel significantly reduces vibrations. Thanks to the puller thread with M26x1.5 pitch, standard Bosch or Ducati flywheel pullers can be used. In addition, the adjustment of the ignition timing is simplified and the ignition curve (adjustment 12° - 14°) is optimized. The stator is designed for high heat loads.

Mounting instructions:

• Flywheel tightening torque: 37 - 39 Nm (no keyway available)
• Pinning of the Superseal plug: 1 = black, 2 = blue, 3 = white
• Only use the supplied screw set to mount the fan wheel. Longer screws will damage the stator winding
.
• The CDI and ignition coil must be supplied with a good earth (grounding), otherwise they can be damaged within a short time.
• The lighting system should also be equipped with a 12 V voltage regulator.

For left-turning engines: Set the piston to TDC, the marking on the base plate at 13 o'clock (to the right of the swiing logo) must match the marking on the flywheel, this achieves an ignition timing of 2 mm before TDC.
