The Tecnigas XS-2 exhaust in chrome is a sport-oriented exhaust system, specifically designed for 50 to 80cc engines from Derbi, Aprilia, and Gilera. The casing is made of robust AP04 steel sheet with a chrome-plated surface that provides optimal corrosion protection. The 240 mm long aluminum end muffler features an innovative resonance chamber system and a Bioxil mixture, which ensure efficient sound absorption without loss of performance.
The construction with cone-counter cone and cylindrical middle section is hand-welded and ensures maximum durability and longevity. The system delivers a noticeable increase in performance, especially in the lower and mid-range RPM, and improves acceleration compared to the stock exhaust.
The installation includes all necessary mounting parts. For optimal performance, a combination with a 21mm carburetor and a tuning patent is recommended, although the exhaust is also compatible with standard configurations. Approval or restriction is not present in the XS-2, therefore operation is intended exclusively for sports use.
