3M™ Accuspray™ Nozzle Head for PPS™ Series 2.0, 1.8mm, Clear
The 3M™ Accuspray™ Nozzle Head for PPS™ 2.0 Series is approved by 3M as a replacement for the 3M™ Accuspray™ Interchangeable Nozzle Paint Gun Series.
This product can only be used with items in the 3M™ PPS™ 2.0 Series.
The 3M™ Accuspray™ nozzle head for the PPS™ 2.0 Series ensures excellent atomization for a wide range of coatings and is an integral part of the 3M™ Accuspray™ spray gun system.
These interchangeable, reusable nozzle heads are available in a variety of sizes for optimum atomization whether you are applying low viscosity coatings such as water-based materials, solvent-based paints or higher viscosity coatings.
The heads are easy to clean, reuse or can be easily removed and replaced to have the performance of a new spray gun when needed.
Other benefits include reduced priming requirements, shorter application and cleaning times, and a better finish, reducing sanding requirements.
Each replaceable nozzle head is made of clear plastic so technicians can always see if the head is clean, reducing cleaning efforts.
The 3M™ Accuspray™ nozzle head for the 3M™ PPS™ 2.0 Series is available in 3 color-coded sizes:
The 1.4-mm nozzle heads ensure fine atomization with minimal spray, making them ideal for lower viscosity paints such as sealers, lacquers, topcoats and light automotive adhesives.
The interchangeable 1.8-mm nozzle heads are ideal for medium to high viscosity coatings such as automotive paints and adhesives.
The 2.0-mm nozzle heads are typically used with our 3M™ Accuspray™ HGP spray gun, which is specifically designed to apply high-volume, high-viscosity fluids.
Use these heads to apply gelcoat coatings, adhesives, primers, thick film primers, and specialty and noise dampening coatings.
Other benefits include reduced priming requirements, shorter application and cleanup times, and a better finish, reducing sanding requirements.
