The 3M lids for the PPS 2.0 paint processing system are an essential part of our complete solution for measuring, mixing, filtering and applying paint. These lids are suitable for medium or small PPS 2.0 lacquer cups and medium, small or micro inner cups. The disposable lids for the PPS 2.0 system have been improved, so that each lid has a locking ring that can be locked with a quarter turn, a curved design to optimize spray properties and a wider liquid nozzle. The newly developed adapter meanwhile ensures a more stable connection with the spray gun. The lids have an integrated 200 micron filter, as it is usually used for solvent-based paints. In contrast to conventional paint cup systems made of aluminum or other metals, You do not have to mix paints in a separate beaker with PPS and filter them into a paint container. This reduces paint consumption. And every time you mix, you use a fresh lid and a fresh inner cup, which significantly reduces the risk of contamination from the outside. By using this system, you can increase the productivity during preparation and cleaning by up to 50% and also require up to 70% less cleaning solution than with conventional paint cup systems.
