7-Piece Reamer Set for ABS Sensors

Set of reamers for ABS sensor mounting hole, 8 pcs.

• For cleaning the mounting hole for the ABS sensor.
• When removing defective sensors, residues due to corrosion and contamination as well as remnants of the old sensor almost always remain in the locating bore.
• It is often necessary to drill out rusted or torn sensors.
• In some VAG models, drilling is necessary due to the design.
• Before the new sensor can be installed, the mounting hole must be cleaned properly to ensure a precise fit.
• If the mounting hole is contaminated, new sensors are often damaged by improper press-fitting. In addition, faulty measurements can later cause malfunctions in the ABS system.
• Only the exact positioning of the new sensor can ensure correct measured values in the ABS system.
• The fine-toothed, short articulated ratchet offers the user sufficient flexibility to carry out the installation even in confined installation positions.
• The ratchet is preset for clockwise operation only to prevent damage to the reamer in counterclockwise applications.
