• In conjunction with the Common Rail kit (JM No.: 6140868) you can use this set to bypass the pump regulator to diagnose problems with the regulator or pump.
• After diagnosing low pump pressure, simply remove the regulator and select the correct adapter from the kit to bypass and seal the port.
• If the pressure returns to normal after the test, the regulator is causing a loss of pressure.
• However, if the pressure remains too low, the pump is faulty.
• The test is recommended by the manufacturer of high pressure pumps.
• The kit contains 8 different adapters to seal all regulator connections.
