Torque Wrench for High Torque Applications 100-400 Nm 1/2 Inch Drive
Torque wrench
For applications with high torques: Axle center bolts on FIAT Ducato and MERCEDES-BENZ Sprinter, wheel bearings on e.g. OPEL Movano and PEUGEOT Boxer, bearing blocks on agricultural machinery and transmission blocks on commercial vehicles
Thanks to the possibility of using 12.5 mm (1⁄2″) socket wrench inserts/extensions, torque-controlled screw connections from 100 to 400 Nm can also be made in manual and industrial production areas, e.g. with M 12 threads.e.g. with threads from M 12 to M 16 (strength class 12.9) or M 16 to M 24 (strength class 5.6) with restricted access, e.g. for flange or machine screw connections
Accuracy ± 3 % of scale value (in actuating direction) (5107-3 CT ± 4 % accuracy of scale value)
Wide range of applications for controlled screw tightening in tire service, two-wheeler, car and commercial vehicle applications as well as various applications in industry and trade.
Optimized sealing ring to protect against foreign bodies
Handle with more grip for easier power transmission
Setting aid with detent points for optimized operator guidance ensures safe and quick setting of the desired torque value by turning the handle
Secure locking of the setting values thanks to the locking function on the swivel head
Triangular-shaped swivel head prevents uncontrolled rolling away
Lock symbols indicate the respective locking status.
Cable loop can be attached through openings on the locking turntable
Permanent legibility thanks to laser marking on the scale sleeve
Changeover lever with freewheel function - reduces risk of injury and malfunctions
