Electronic Scottoiler chain lubrication system

The e-System V3.1 is an automatic chain lubricator with precise electronic control. It is quick to install and uncomplicated to use.

The cables are connected to the plus and minus pole of the battery and the REP (reservoir with pump unit) and the device is fixed to the motorcycle. Already it can start.

The new display of version 3.1 is intuitive to use and offers a variety of setting options and information.

Among other things, it shows:

- the outside temperature

- the drip rate of the oil

- the oil level in the reservoir (also programmable with additional reservoir)

The electronics integrated in the e-system comes from the Moto GP technology where a triaxial accelerometer registers the movement of the motorcycle.

In addition, the system detects whether the motorcycle's engine is running. Only when both happen together, the system turns on.

In this way, the chain is only lubricated while the motorcycle is in motion. With a resting power consumption of less than 200 mA, battery discharge is not a problem.

The REP oil reservoir has a capacity of 60 ml Scottoil and is sufficient for a driving distance of up to 1530 km. It is not larger than the well-known RMV container of the universal kit.

The eSystem works regardless of temperature and can be adjusted with the push of a button, even while driving.

Of course, the Scottoiler e-System can be combined with the Scottoiler Dual Injector and additional reservoirs.The e-System is delivered with a bottle of green biodegradable Scottoil for the entire temperature range 0 - 40°C.
