V-belt pulley NARAKU [HS-CNC] - CPI/Keeway/Generic

In terms of design, the original V-belt pulley with the star wheel is an ''unfortunate'' variant, to put it mildly. The star pulley is simply too thin to transmit the forces acting on the pulley without wear. It is not uncommon for the pulley to break. The result is often a loosened pulley with fatal consequences or a destroyed crankshaft stub. The NARAKU HS-CNC pulley provides a remedy with a positive side effect.

The pulley is through-toothed and can therefore completely dispense with the star pulley. In addition, the CNC-manufactured running surface of the pulley ensures clean, low-vibration V-belt operation. The flank winding has been adapted and also enables an increase in speed.

The toothing has been machined to the lowest tolerances to ensure proper power transmission. When fitting, please note that the pulley can be fitted a little tighter on the crankshaft if the toothing has already been affected by the original star pulley.
