Balancing powder is an alternative to the classic balancing of truck tires with balancing weights. Simply fill bags or loose powder into tires - done. No lead. No balancing machine. This is how easy balancing is with HOFMANN POWER WEIGHT.

The balancing powder is initially distributed evenly on the inner wall of the tire while driving. The reason for this is centrifugal force. If the wheel is unbalanced, the centrifugal force of the heavy spot increases with increasing speed, causing the wheel to wobble and jump. The balancing powder automatically settles against the heavy spot and thus compensates for the imbalance. Due to the flexible positioning of the balancing powder, the optimum balance is always produced without any further effort, even if the unbalance changes.

Fusion Technology - The intelligent balancing powder

The secret of the innovative FUSION TECHNOLOGY lies in the different sizes of the balancing particles. The larger, red grains concentrate in the center of the tire and balance the static unbalance. The smaller, blue grains move outward and reduce the wobble of the wheel caused by dynamic imbalance. The result is the best ride comfort for the entire tire life.
