MAXI SEAL WE Set Combination Repair Bodies, with guide wire.

• The repair probes have an integrated guide wire, which simplifies the insertion of the probes into the stitch channel.
• By using Super-Solution as a vulcanization accelerator, the chemical coating of the probes is activated and self-vulcanization occurs.
• When using the components specified by us, the damage will be repaired safely and professionally and the tire will then be usable again without any restrictions, according to the tire specifications.
• A professional repair does not limit the specifications of the tire.

Scope of application:

• MAXI SEAL can be used for radial and cross-ply tires.
• Please use repair bodies only in the tread area.
• Super-Solution is recommended as vulcanization accelerator.
• Please also note the repair tables on our packaging!

Processing/short description:

• After dismounting the tire, mark the damaged area and remove the foreign body.
• Treat the vulcanization area in the tire properly according to instructions and coat with Super-Solution.
• Coat the probe shaft with Super-Solution and insert it into the puncture channel by means of the guide wire until the tapered part of the repair wound protrudes 3-4mm on the outside of the tire.
• Pull in this piece together with the guide pin using pliers (Do not pull on the pin).
• Roll/press patch inside well and coat with inner liner.

• 25 repair probes
• 1 roughening cutter
• 60ml vulcanization solution in tubes
