The special features of the new Battlax Sport Touring T31 are the improved performance in wet conditions and the maximum contact feeling with the road. This allows the rider to feel safer in all weather conditions while enjoying the fun and thrill of the ride.

Bridgestone uses advanced NanoPro-Tech™ technology on the front tire, which provides increased silica content at the molecular level in the rubber compound. This not only improves the flexibility of the rubber, but also increases grip on a wide range of surfaces and in wet and low temperatures.

The rear tire uses a 3LC rubber compound with a cap-and-base structure: the softer outer rubber compound gives outstanding grip, while the inner compound is more stable and gives the tire optimum stiffness.

The tread pattern of the T31 features a higher number of tread grooves in the shoulder area for better water evacuation. In the central area of the rear tire there are only a few grooves. This guarantees stability, especially at high speeds. The contact area is also up to 7 percent larger, which offers added safety, especially when cornering.
