Heidenau scooter winter tire (Snowtex)

Constructive features of the "Snowtex" tires:

The tire has the same substructure (carcass) as the standard tire. The tread is bisected. It consists of a base plate with normal mixture and a duplex plate with fiber-reinforced protector rubber.

Materials of tread:

The tread consists of a high-quality Silica-rubber mixture, which is very soft and in combination with a higher cold-elasticity ensures the necessary toothing and grip on the road (snow and ice).

Fibers of rayon cord fabric of different structure, size and texture are incorporated into this special material. This is a composite of filaments (yarn fibers and coarser fibers), where the

Fine particles of the fibers. In this way, the additional grip is generated on a smooth road.

Technical Conditions of Use:

"Snowtex" tires must be driven with the standard air pressure.

The tires are fully loaded from the first kilometer without limitation (as is not the case with new tires).

A very rough rubber structure is achieved by fine-graining the surface ex-factory. "Snowtex" winter tires are characterized by the M + S identification in the tire edge.

The Heidenau winter tires have a roughened surface from the factory and can therefore be driven immediately without retraction time.
