MICHELIN Bib Mousse

The puncture-proof alternative to the hose.

MICHELIN Bib Mousse is a foam rubber ring that replaces the hose and, when new, corresponds to an air pressure of approx. 0.9 bar.

MICHELIN Bib Mousse was specially developed for off-road competition (cross, enduro or rally) and is only used in MICHELIN tires. We do not recommend mounting MICHELIN Bib Mousse in tires from other manufacturers.

The MICHELIN Bib Mousse is marked NHS (Not for Highway Service) and is therefore not designed for use on public roads. It must not be stored permanently at temperatures above 30 ° C and temperatures above 40 ° C should always be avoided.

MICHELIN Bib Mousse has a maximum useful life of 6 months from the date of assembly and a maximum of 18 months from the date of manufacture. However, this can decrease significantly in very demanding applications.

A tube of gel is included in the packaging. It is used to reduce the warming caused by friction between tires and Bib Mousse.
