Aluminum-containing soft putty for any metallic substrate; easy to draw over large areas due to the incorporated aluminum particles.

Two-component polyester metal filler, as a mixture of a medium-elastic, highly reactive, amine-pre-accelerated polyester resin with various environmentally friendly fillers and aluminum pigments (asbestos- and silicone-free), highly thixotropic, therefore particularly good large-area and pore-free drawability.

Product specification:

Filler putty for automotive repair, mechanical engineering and hobby work. Everywhere where large-surface formability is required. Substrates such as metal, wood, various plastics or concrete can be filled effortlessly in the required layer thickness. Holes are filled and leveled, thin areas are stabilized.

Properties:

- grindable after: approx. 20 - 30 minutes

- Pot life at 20°C: approx. 4 - 5 minutes

- Flash point: approx. 32°C

- Density at 20°C: 1.65 kg / dm³

- Addition of hardener: 2,5%

- Temperature resistance of cured material: up to 120°C

- Resistant to: acids, alkalis, blowing agents, solvents, water and de-icing salts

- Color: gray

- High elasticity, good adhesion, easy sanding, even after a long time. Suitable for stove enameling.
