• Two-component body adhesive of the new low-mission 2K polyurethane generation for exterior plastic repair - Ideal for repairing and bonding larger areas on plastic parts / plastic components.
• This low-emission adhesive for vehicle repair & maintenance covers a wide range of applications for plastic repair and bonding of parts, offering more work safety and higher performance (perfect bond strength)
• Based on the "Micro Emission" ME- technology, the isocyanate content has been reduced so significantly that the labelling obligation with the R40 set is no longer required
• There are no special requirements for storage and the health hazards for the user are reduced to a minimum.
• Best suited for all repair work when a working time of more than a few seconds is required
• Very good sandability after approx. 20 minutes (can be accelerated by heat up to 60°C)
• Overpaintable and wide adhesion spectrum on plastics
• Excellent adhesion to plastics (except polyolefins) in combination with Terokal 150 as adhesion promoter (this primer is also recommended when using difficult to bond plastics)
• Similar properties to the well-known Terostat 9225 SF
