Loctite® 248 - Stick for medium strength threadlocker

Suitable for hard-to-reach bonding areas - overhead, under or around machines - or for parts that cannot be moved.

Applications

For all metal threads. Recommended for equipment that must be disassembled - machine tools, presses, pumps, compressors, mounting bolts and gearboxes.

• Secures bolts, nuts, studs against loosening due to vibration and seals at the same time.

• For threads up to M36.

• Can be dismantled with normal tools. Areas of application: For securing flywheel bolts, ring gear bolts,

crankshaft nuts and bolts of covers etc. For securing and sealing oil drain and carburetor screws etc.

• Temperature range -55°C to +150°C.
